For some reason my foods stick to them and they are hard to remove even scrubbing with non-abrasive brush- the next time I use them, there is a film left and it gets progressively worse ...
They have always been cleaned carefully and the only two items we really have cooked on them are whole foods chicken nuggets and chocolate chip cookies. The chicken _really_ sticks but it is not clear why - temperature is 350 degrees, the max they have been used at in cooking.
I am going to try a different brand and see what happens.
