(More customer reviews)I had an old plastic egg separator I got from my mom years ago that has started to crack. It works great to get the egg whites separated from the yolk, so I've been looking for a replacement. This Cuisinart product looked like it would fill the bill, but unfortunately, it doesn't work as well as my old, cheap, cracked plastic separator. It is too bulky, and difficult to use. This one sits in the drawer while I continue to use my old one. So, I'm still looking for a better product.
