(More customer reviews)Due to health concerns I'd never bought a non-stick pan until these "green" ones came out. It seems the surface of these is basically glass, with no chemicals.

This is a sturdy and attractive pot that heats quickly. I bought it mostly for boiling milk, especially skim milk, which sticks like a son of a gun with stainless steel.

No stick with this pot. The rounded upper edge facilitates pouring. Frustration turned to joy.
