(More customer reviews)I have a handmade cherry bread board on which I work different doughs.Unfortunately, sometimes the doughs adhere to the surface and I've damaged the board when trying to remove the stuck dough pieces.I purchased several of the silicon scrapers (which are wonderful), but they don't work well when it comes to cleaning surfaces completely.I found this scraper in one of the local stores and decided to give it a try.It worked beautifully to completely scrape off the stuck dough and did not damage the surface of my bread board.I didn't rate this scraper five stars because it is made of a hard plastic that will become brittle with repeated dishwasher cleaning and will break easily if used with much force.
