(More customer reviews)I just baked some VERY sticky teriyaki chicken that in my other pans would have required hours of soaking and lots of elbow grease to clean...but in the Cuisinart Easy Grip Non-stick cake pan most of the baked on teriyaki sauce RINSED off with just hot water!I was amazed!The only place that required a minimal amount of "scrubbing" was on the outside edge where some of the sticky sweet sauce splashed and then baked on.The pan is a nice hefty weight...I do not foresee any warping in its future!The handles with the silicone grips are a wonderful touch:no more potholder corners or thumbs inadvertently getting into the cake batter.The silicone is for gripping...not as substitute for potholders.The handles do get hot.As with all non-stick cook/bakeware, you need to avoid using metal utensils to protect the surface.The label on the bakeware does say that it is dishwasher safe, but really...as easy as this is to clean I'd rather just wash it by hand and save the space in the dishwasher.Oh...one other thing:I don't believe that the intention of the non-stick coating is to allow you to completely avoid prepping the pan as your recipe suggests (either with cooking spray or by greasing/flouring for cakes, etc).It really is an "aid" to prevent food from sticking and for easier clean up.I'm in the process of replacing ALL my warped, sticky, rusted, cheap pans with the Cuisinart Easy Grip Non-stick Bakeware!
