After freezing the freezer bowls for the recommended time, we whipped up two batches of to-die-for ice cream this evening, utilizing recipes from the included booklet. The texture is rich, creamy and wonderful, and in my humble opinion, much better than store-bought stuff!
The machine seems sturdy enough for regular home use and is relatively quiet (no louder than our dishwasher) and very easy to use. The freezer bowls are great, and having an extra one (as included with this product) is super handy. There is no messing with salt or ice; you just mix up your recipe, pour it into the freezer bowl and let 'er rip! Easy as pie ... mmmm, pie. With ICE CREAM, of course!
