(More customer reviews)I just added this pan to my set of Cuisinart Anodized Aluminum cookware and *love* it! It is very large and well-made. This (and the entire line) is so practical and cooks beautifully. I love that the lids can go into the oven with the pans, and that they can hang on the handles of the pans if so desired. I also like that this pan is so deep - very useful when baking in the oven. These pans are heavy - no flimsy metal here! If you're considering anodized aluminum, I highly encourage you to try Cuisinart!
