(More customer reviews)I recently purchased this PCM-1800 series from my local warehouse club.The main attraction for me was giving my 9-year-old-popcorn-loving daughter a safe, easy way to pop her own corn.This popcorn maker fits the bill.It's easy, quick and I feel safe knowing she's not going to burn herself on an open flame, or have to lift a hot, heavy pan.Is every kernel light, fluffy and crisp? No, but most of them are (and I've had worse).And let's face it: if you're a stickler for that kind of result, you should probably stick to the tried and true methods.As far as my daughter and her friends are concerned, this is a pretty cool machine.Plus when kids make things themselves, the appreciate it more - they love the popcorn it produces.All in all, a good purchase (especially at the warehouse club price!)
