(More customer reviews)This is a "grate" idea!The container you grate into isn't very big but you can see when it's getting full and it keeps the mess contained.I use the smaller grate for fresh romano cheese and the larger for sharp cheddar cheese.I haven't tried it on softer cheeses like mozzerella but it would probably be fine.And of course it is a lovely color pink.I bought mine in a discount store for a fraction of the price but since this has been discontinued, it's worth the higher price.I would definitely recommend.
