(More customer reviews)Chances are you are looking at this product because your PLASTIC blade housing has cracked on your $140 blender.Even the cheapest of blenders utilize stainless steel for this mechanism.Shame on Cuisinart for not recalling and redesigning this part to make it stronger.After purchasing, I called them directly, at the direction of the reseller when I inquired about a warranty for this replacement part.They said flatly that they don't warranty this part in any way.I am sure they know they have a problem and have decided not to fix it.Their decision will make people think twice about the perceived quality of Cuisinart for future purchases.
