(More customer reviews)I am pleased to say that this toaster make a perfect piece of toast no matter what type of bread/bagel/muffin, etc. that you put into it.Evenly browned on both sides, too, unlike many toasters.I love the count down feature which simplifies the age old conundrum of timing the toast so it comes out at the same instant the eggs are done.There is only one thing I don't like and that is having to unplug the toaster after each use---that is the only way to turn off the count down window lights.I guess you could just leave them lit but I suspect they might burn out in fairly short order.(The instruction book cautions you to unplug after use.) All in all, it's not really a big deal to pull the plug and certainly wouldn't keep me from buying this product.
