I ordered this several weeks ago, and it came promptly, is the only positive I can give.

I ordered the white, curved-two-handled cutting board which appears in the picture.

I received a black, angular-one-handled cutting board that looks like a dying massive squashed jelly bean.

Of course, mistakes happen, so I just set out to do Amazon's returns process and go buy one in the store.

However, Amazon says this is not "eligible" for return. So I went through their process to exchange it.

I explained online in the exchange process and in the documentation in the box that I had ordered a white curved two-handled cutting board and received an angular black one-handled cutting board.

What did I get in the exchange? The same black monstrosity.

I checked on Amazon and the black monstrosity is not even available anywhere on Amazon, new or used, so this is clearly the problem of whoever is doing the fulfillment. The black monstrosity is so bad that I wouldn't have it in my house if I were paid to.

The fulfillment store needs to be audited or replaced. If they do this in smaller items, what will happen on larger ones? If Amazon does not monitor their fulfillment agents then how can we reliably purchase merchandise from them? I have had a decade of great experiences with Amazon and am surprised by this. I hope it is not a sign of things to come.

I will attempt to upload the picture of the cutting board I actually received, so that any other prospective customers can know what they are in for, but they probably will not allow me to do it because it is the wrong product -- Yes, it IS the wrong product, fix it!!

Anyone honest would let someone return a product that was NOT what was advertised!!
