(More customer reviews)I bought this item online and after one weeks use the non stick coating is starting to come off the bottom grill.I contacted cuisinart dierctly and was told the warranty of three years is not good due to buying the product online instead of a dept.store and the serial# on the unit makes the warrantee valid or not valid.SO that tells me that they dont really fully back up thier products.Unless that it is from a dept.store like MACYS.I WILL NEVER BUY CUISINART PRODUCTS AGAIN DUE TO MY EXPERIENCE WITH CUISINART.
